TREE REMOVAL SPECIALISTS
SERVING CANYON, OWYHEE, GEM, VALLEY, BOISE & PAYETTE COUNTY RESIDENTS & BUSINESSES
Tree removal is never our primary goal. We love trees and have been caring for the trees of Treasure Valley since 1998. In the forest, away from the impact of human activity, trees thrive. But in the urban landscape, they live with a good deal of stress, need to be cared for, and sometimes they just don’t fit, making Tree removal necessary.
As Certified Arborists we are charged with the responsibility of managing the care of trees in the urban landscape. Removal in certain situations is the best option, be it immediate or in the near future.
Most Common Cause For Tree Removal:
- Improper Planting. Most of the time trees are removed because they outgrew the space in which they were planted and are conflicting with infrastructure, utilities, or personal property.
- Not Properly Maintained. If not properly maintained, trees can become unstable and hazardous. Dead and decaying branches causes rot, and damaged trees die back, becoming brittle and hazardous.
Trees have a far shortened average life span in the urban environment and at 2 Rivers Tree Service, we always adhere to ANSI A300 pruning standards by making proper branch collar cuts during tree trimming, removing all dead branches and reducing wind sail can preserve the life of your valuable trees.
When it comes to tree care assessments, we take our job very seriously and do everything we can to preserve the life of every tree. That is why we perform a thorough analysis of the situation surrounding the possibility of removing a tree and when possible provide other options to be considered, if any. We understand that for the most part, property owners have the right to do what they want with the trees on their property, but maybe we can give some insight that they were unaware of.
When it does become time for tree removal 2 Rivers Tree Service has all the necessary equipment, resources, and professional tree removal crews to handle every job in the most efficient and safe manner possible. From aerial lifts, to cranes, wood haulers, tree chippers, stump grinders, and skidsteers, we have what it takes to remove your trees both economically and safely.
We are also well educated and experienced in handling all necessary permitting in the Treasure Valley Area. Some cities have very strict tree removal procedures, others do not. It is important to know what jurisdiction your property falls under when considering removing trees on your property.
Planting replacement trees is sometimes part of the requirements and something we encourage and do. We’ve removed 10,000+ trees and planted that many more in the Boise Idaho area since 1998. We can provide you guidance for proper species selection and planting considerations, handle the tree planting, and implement a tree health care program.
For more information on tree removal and replacement, please give us a call. We would be happy to come and discuss what options you have and look forward to hearing from you.
